hello, my name is chuck. this website is mainly a place for me to write about things that i like. I will also post photos on the photowall that i take and think are worthy of being there.

some other things that i think are worth knowing about me:

• i really like the band nine inch nails, trent reznor is a direct inspiration to me.
• i'm an english major at a prestigeous college, i often like to write in my free time, as well as work on my own projects.
• i'm getting into photography, i currently own a Sony Mavica FD91 which is one of my favorite cameras to use, even if it is outdated.
• i like japanese horror media, like alot. one of my favorites is Ringu (the movies and books, both are beautiful)

I like having a space for myself, this is that space. i've never programmed anything before so this is a first, but over time i'd love to see how it evolves.

I grew up in mississippi, and i hated every bit of it. i think most of my hatred for mississippi comes from the fact that it's deep south, and i hate everything southern. Country music sucks, southern people suck, racism is common and frequent in the south, and i just flat out don't feel like i fit in.

everybody in the south feels the exact same, which is another thing that i don't like. it's hard to find unique people here. I hope to leave and move out of the United States in my future.


while i don't play video games often, i am a fan of a few well-known hits. my personal favorite game series is Life is Strange, and im also a fan of Metal Gear Solid, Silent Hill, Fatal Frame, Kingdom Hearts, and Final Fantasy.
